5 Great product not so great service.

Great product but service was poor. Took weeks to ship and when I contacted the company after several weeks of waiting for a shipping confirmation I was told it would ship out that week. It did not. I contacted again the next and was told it would ship that week and I would have my shipping charges refunded. It did ship but shipping charges were never refunded.

We used them to hot glue gun onto a box so we pulled out the twist ties. They came out very easy. The price was amazing and then we did not have to take the time to make our own bows.
