Returns must be handled within 2 weeks of the ship date. A Return Authorization Number (R#) issued by email from our Customer Service must accompany the return parcel.
The freight on return goods must be handled by the customer and packed and returned in original condition, original packaging, AND original number of pieces.
Return Goods cannot be consolidated into larger boxes with weights over 50 lbs.
The original freight on the order is not part of the refund to be processed upon receipt. Refunds are processed within 30 days.
ONLY NOTABLE COURIERS WITH DIRECT DELIVERY SHOULD BE USED - RETURNS WILL NOT BE PICKED UP AT THE POST OFFICE.
Note: There are NO RETURNS or refunds on Custom Branded items, Food-Safe Boxes (Bakery Boxes, Cupcake Boxes, Candy Boxes & Confection Boxes), Tin Boxes, and Rigid Boxes including Jewellery Boxes.
PRODUCT COLOR ACCURACY: Product Colors display differently on desktop monitors, mobiles and tablets. We do our best to represent original color in our photography. We do not guarantee colors as we cannot control your visual display. For color referencing, we can provide the closest pantone color match, please request in advance at email@example.com
WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED: For product shipped incorrectly or in error, please contact Customer Service to process a pick up label once verified.
REPORTING DAMAGE: If goods have arrived damaged, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist with the courier claim. Please provide some digital photos of the damage. DAMAGE MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT. EXTERIOR CARTON PICTURES SHOULD BE INCLUDED.
There is a 25% Cancellation Fee - If your order is cancelled within 30 minutes of submitting, there is no cancellation fee. Otherwise, the order process has begun, products are allocated and prepared for shipping to you or to distribution. We cannot cancel most orders once they've begun.
